This book was hard to put down! I couldn't stop, I had to know what would happen next.
It's a story of how 2 people who survived horrific abuse at the hands of their stepfather and they relive the past, telling about the abuse they suffered and what they did to try to stop it.
The story is written so beautifully, at times poetically.
There were parts where I was on the edge of my sitting, praying this boy would tell someone about his abuse and there were parts where I was hoping something would happen to the stepfather, and something does a couple of times! I don't want to give to much away, it's an amazing story and you really have to read the book!!
