Book Review : Jillian Michaels Master Your Metabolism

If you've ever seen The Biggest Loser then you'll know who Jillian Michaels is. She's a dedicated, tough trainer. I have 2 of her video's Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred
and
Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, she always starts with a great warm up before getting into the nitty gritty! Awesome workouts.

Her newest diet book is Master Your Metabolism: The 3 Diet Secrets to Naturally Balancing Your Hormones for a Hot and Healthy Body! She believes that if you eat the right foods and exercise you can metabolize and balance your hormones and lose and maintain your weight successfully .
She starts by explaining in detail how your hormones and metabolisms work in the body and to teach you how you can REMOVE the toxins, RESTORE the nutrients and RE-BALANCE your energy going in and out.
The book will show you how to optimize your hormones, fix your metabolism, choose healthy foods, detoxify and more.
She also talks about her childhood and growing up as a chubby child, then entering her teenage years becoming a certified fitness trainer.

There is lots of information about vitamins, toxins, great recipes and so much more. Highly recommend.
