Teaser Tuesday and Trailer Tuesday.....

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
I have another teaser from the Lotus Eaters :

Page 218:  "Her arms and legs and chest trembled so that she had to clench her teeth as if against cold, and yet her skin was bathed in sweat. Beyond tears. She longed for something, anything, even physical  pain to provide a diversion."

One of the soldiers was killed, well he actually killed himself and Helen is in shock .  A soldiers death hasn't affected her like this before but this one was unusual.  A truly captivating, intriguing story!!

I came across Trailer Tuesday from Bookpage and thought this would be a fun meme . I haven't seen it on a blog so if you have let me know.

This is The Lotus Eaters book trailer:

THE LOTUS EATERS by Tatjana Soli

And since this book is so popular!

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls

Happy Tuesday!!

OK, that P&P&Z trailer was hilarious! And the Lotus Eaters sounds intense. Love the trailers as an addition to the Tuesday meme.

My uni-media teaser is here

Terrific teaser! Couldn't you see the book as a film? I hope you will do a review of The Lotus Eaters.

Lotus Eaters sounds really good as does The Things They Carried. I will definitely have to put those on my TBR List!
