Teaser Tuesday - Plans by Natalie Smothers

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My teaser is from the book Plans by Natalie Smothers.
I am so excited! I'll be doing an interview and a book giveaway!!

Page 189 - "Unable to speak, Nathan put his arms around her and held onto her like she was a life preserver. He wanted to tell her he missed her , that she looked incredible, that he had been thinking of nothing but her since he left Shimamura, but none of it came out.

 So whats your teaser?

Here is mine cross posted from 'Should be Reading'

I am reading Human Traces by Sebastian Faulks this week and here are my teaser sentences.
‘He has had all the same thoughts yet they have come from a different life, a different world. It’s like two men bumping into each other in the jungle when one started in Iceland and one in China – and finding they are reading the same book.’

These sentences are part of a conversation one of the protagonists has with his sister.

I'm not familiar with that author. Sounds interesting.

Hi Natalie, what a coincidence to see that the first name of the author of this book is same as yours. I like your teaser!

P/S: I see that you've posted the Arnold Lobel poem. Thanks for the mention!
